Questions About Pricing?
Have a question about cost? Tap one below — straight answers, no sales pitch.
How much will my case cost?
It depends on the type and complexity of your matter — an uncontested agreement costs far less than a contested custody trial. At your consultation we'll walk through which fee structure fits and give you a realistic picture before you commit to anything.
What is a retainer?
A retainer is an upfront deposit that your work is billed against. As we work on your case, our time is drawn from that retainer, and you receive clear statements showing exactly how it's being used.
What affects the total cost of my case?
Mainly how contested it is. Cases that settle by agreement are quicker and more affordable; cases that require extensive negotiation, discovery, hearings, or trial take more time and resources. The other side's behavior plays a big role too.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We work with clients on payment arrangements so cost is less of a barrier to getting strong representation. We'll talk through what's possible for your situation.
Will I know the cost before we start?
We're transparent from your very first consultation. For flat-fee matters you'll know the full price up front; for hourly matters we'll explain the retainer, our rates, and what to expect — so there are no surprises.
How do I pay, and can I pay online?
Existing clients can securely pay invoices and retainers online through our client portal. We'll set you up with everything you need when you become a client.
